Technobabble is out with its annual ranking of analyst blogs. Given our off-center focus on local media, local services and mobile, we don’t always fit in this world of high-tech bloggers. But we are really pleased to be cited as a ‘Top 50 Analyst Blog.’ In fact, we are No. 39.

The ranking is assessed based on Google Page Rank, Yahoo Internet links, Google Inbound Links, Subscribers, and Twitter links, frequency, comments. There is always room for improvement. We will shortly be rolling out a new template that is being designed by Mike Hackmer, BIA/Kelsey’s social media leader. But this is a great honor. Thank you, Technobabble.
